This should resolve shortly, but here's why you might see waiting periods listed on your new policy.

As long as you have served all your waits with your previous health fund, you will not need to reserve.

Any new services added will have the standard waiting periods, unless otherwise stated.

The reason your new health fund is likely showing waits is because they are waiting for/waiting to process the clearance certificate from your old fund. This should automatically resolve shortly.

Please ensure you keep the receipts for any services you use in the meantime, and once everything is processed you will be able to claim any money back through your health fund's usual claiming process.
