So you've activated your gift card – great! Now you're ready to use it. Here’s a simple guide on how to spend your gift card through Prezzee, whether you're shopping online or in-store.
Here’s how to use your gift card:
Head to Prezzee: Log in to your Prezzee account, where your gift card is stored.
Unwrap Your Gift: In your Prezzee account, you'll see your gift card. Follow any prompts to "unwrap" it. You might be asked to create an account or simply dismiss a message if you already have one.
Choose Your Shop: Now, the fun part! Prezzee lets you swap your Compare Club gift card for a specific gift card from your favourite retailer (e.g., Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, Myer). Select the store you want to spend it at.
Decide the Amount: You can choose to swap the entire value of your gift card for one retailer, or split it into smaller amounts for different shops.
View Your New Card: Once you've swapped, click through to view your new retailer-specific gift card details inside your Prezzee account.
Time to Spend!
In-store: Show the barcode from your new gift card (on your phone) to the cashier at checkout.
Online: Copy the gift card details (like the card number and PIN) from Prezzee and enter them at the retailer's checkout page.
Important Tip:
