Why is my gift card pending?

Wondering when you'll be able to spend your gift card?

If you were eligible to receive a gift card as part of your purchase, you'll notice it in your Club+ account, with a status of "pending".

It's important to note that the gift card will only become ""available"" to claim once you've held your policy for 90 days without interruption. After those 90 days, simply swap the value to any vendor available through Prezzee, and spend as you wish!

Please keep in mind that your gift card is attached to the email address you used to purchase your policy. If you create an account with a different email, you won't be able to access your gift card. So make sure to use the same email address to access it.
