Lifetime Health Cover Loading (also referred to as LHC) is applied by you new fund once they receive your clearance certificate from your old health insurer. Our agents will apply this fee to your premiums based on what you tell us. Sometimes this might be different from the loading details you insurer has on file, which will change the amount you pay. Don't worry if you've not got your loading periods right - it's not a detail we expect people to know off the top of their head.

When you get your new policy details from your new health fund, make sure you check that the loading period is what you expected. You'll also get a call from our concierge team between 1 to 4 days after you buy the policy. If you've got any questions about loading or your premiums, please let our team know on the call or email insuance@compareclub.com.au
