Check Which Club+ Account you're logged into
Updated this week

If you need to check which Club+ account you’re currently logged into, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Top Right Corner: On your Compare Club webpage, look at the top right corner. Here, you'll see either your initials, your full name, or your profile picture.

  2. Access the Drop-Down Menu: Click on your initials, name, or profile picture. This will open a drop-down menu.

  3. Select Account Settings: From the drop-down menu, choose "Account Settings."

  4. View Your Email Address: A new page will open showing the email address of the account you are currently logged in with. This lets you confirm which account you’re using.

  5. Switch Accounts if Necessary: If the email address does not match the one you intend to use:

    • Go back to the drop-down menu by clicking on your initials, name, or profile picture again.

    • Select "Log Out" from the drop-down menu.

    • You will be taken to the login page. Enter the email address of the account you want to register with.

💡 Single Sign On Options

If you use Google or Facebook to sign up or log in - your email address may not match what email we have on file. If you sign up with a different email address than we have on file for your enquiries, quotes, or purchases you will not see your product-related information or any related gift cards in this account.

By following these steps, you can easily check which Club+ account you are logged into and ensure you have access to the correct information and benefits.

⚠️ Important Note:
You cannot change your email address in your account at this time. To use a different email address, please log out and register a new account with the desired email.

If you continue to have issues, please contact support. Use the live chat in the bottom right corner of the page or email us at myaccount@compareclub.com.au.

Remember, if you still face any issues, we're here to help!
