If you are yet to receive your welcome pack from your new retailer, simply get in touch with us by calling 1300 836 816, or sending us an email at hello@compareclub.com.au, and we can help.

Once you have received your welcome pack from your new utilities retailer, you'll need to contact them directly to cancel. Be sure to have a new plan in place to ensure that you don't experience service outages.
